Sedgwick Heights follows the New York State Department of Health standards, including those for Adult Home and Assisted Living Programs.

All certified home health aides at Sedgwick Heights are required to complete a minimum of 12 hours of in-service training annually. Sedgwick Heights also offers a Leadership Development Program, where employees are encouraged to take pride in the facility and ownership of its programs.
